Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in La Paz, Bolivia. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, developing business plans, providing top-notch customer service, and analyzing account performance. Daily tasks include handling account inquiries, strategizing account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling skills
- Analytical Skills for evaluating and enhancing account performance
- Experience in Business Planning and strategy development
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in La Paz, Bolivia
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus
