We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Join Our Team

We are looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to lead and expand our corporate client portfolio. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with solid experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, and strategic partnerships.

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the CRM system, oversee the sales pipeline, and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and coordinating with the estimating team
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to deliver customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Own and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate data, visibility, and consistent usage across the team.
  • Stay informed on market trends and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvements in workflows, client interactions, and overall service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.

What We're Looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience in telecommunications, logistics, or technology sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Advanced English level (C1 or higher), with strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with US-based clients.
