Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
B2B Sales Manager
located in
Santa Cruz de la Sierra
. The B2B Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for
building and managing CRM lead lists, developing outbound email sales campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple industries
. The role focuses on
closing sales with organizations, companies, sports clubs, real estate developments, and institutions
that require sports equipment solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining
    CRM databases
    to track leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Developing and executing
    B2B outreach strategies
    through personalized emails, calls, and presentations.
  • Researching and discovering
    new industries and potential clients
    that align with company objectives.
  • Managing the
    full sales cycle
    , from initial contact to closing deals and post-sale relationship management.
  • Meeting and exceeding
    sales targets
    by driving consistent pipeline growth.
  • Collaborating with the
    marketing and product teams
    to align sales messaging with brand strategy.
  • Analyzing market trends and client feedback to identify

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
