OPPO está expandiendo oficialmente su presencia comercial en Bolivia y busca un profesional senior boliviano con trayectoria sólida en la industria móvil o electrónica de consumo, para liderar, estructurar y ejecutar el plan comercial del país. Este rol tendrá ownership completo sobre el performance comercial, gestionará el desarrollo de mercado, administrará relaciones con retailers y distribuidores locales, asegurará consistencia de marca, pricing y ejecución en punto de venta; y consolidará la participación de OPPO en el ecosistema boliviano. La posición reporta directamente a Gerencia Comercial de OPPO Chile, por lo que se requiere inglés avanzado para coordinación ejecutiva y regional.
Responsabilidades principales:
liderar la estrategia comercial local, acelerar crecimiento y rentabilidad, desarrollar canales y partnerships de alto valor, asegurar consistencia de marketing y trade marketing a nivel territorial, gestionar forecast, métricas y pipeline comercial, y presentar resultados, riesgos y oportunidades de negocio de manera rigurosa y periódica.
Requisitos excluyentes:
profesional boliviano con experiencia senior comprobable en smartphones / telco / electrónica de consumo; dominio avanzado de inglés; experiencia directa en gestión y desarrollo de canales; autonomía ejecutiva; criterio comercial senior; estilo de trabajo orientado a KPIs, desempeño y resultados concretos.
