Principal responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales target.
  • Manage the Field Force team and guide them to achieve the sales target.
  • Other tasks assigned by the leader.
  • Work on-site the market 6 days per week.

Requirements:

  • Have a good management skill.
  • Have good communication skill and negotiating ability, maintain good relationship with client, have ability to solve the dispute.
  • Have insight ability and find the problem in the market and solve it.
  • Follow up all the task which is assigned by leader.
  • Work in the market on-site is necessary.
  • Have the sense to provide good service to consumer.
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused

Minimum experience level required

  • At least 3 years' experience in the retail field related to mobile phone or massive products company.
  • Advanced or intermediate English level.
  • MS Office Windows (intermediate ~ advanced).
  • Excel (intermediate ~ advanced).
  • Good communication skills and team management skills.
  • Have good ability to learn new knowledge.
