Product Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Product Manager to lead commercial planning and product launch strategies. This role will ensure strong coordination between Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Finance, aiming to deliver efficient and impactful market execution for HONOR products in Bolivia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new products and campaigns aligned with the company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to define pricing and promotional strategies to support decision-making and anticipate operational needs.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Retail and Sales teams to align plans and ensure consistent execution across all channels.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and market activities for efficient implementation.
- Track key performance indicators, including sell-in and sell-out results.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning based on launch schedules.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and post-launch analyses with clear, actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial planning, trade marketing, or business strategy (preferably in tech, telecom, or FMCG).
- Strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Advanced English level.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
