Sales Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support our sales leadership team in organizing, cleaning, and optimizing 20+ years of historical client data. This role is foundational to setting up accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales enablement infrastructure in Salesforce.

• Audit, organize, and migrate legacy sales and client data into Salesforce.
• Standardize account, contact, and opportunity fields across our CRM.
• De-duplicate, tag, and classify historical records for cleaner segmentation.
• Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards (pipeline, conversion, etc.).
• Document processes and create repeatable workflows for CRM hygiene.
• Support the sales team with ad-hoc data needs and list building.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Interest in B2B tech sales or revenue operations.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with CRM migrations or data cleanup.
• Understanding of sales funnels and go-to-market (GTM) concepts.
• Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clearbit.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
