Realtor/Real Estate Assistant

  • someone who understands the dynamics of real estate sales or leasing and who enjoys analyzing market data, identifying trends, and driving business growth through actionable insights.

Position:

Realtor/Real Estate Assistant

Location:
In office, La Paz, Bolivia

Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Eastern Time) | On-call for emergencies

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze market trends, rental rates, and property values across various neighborhoods.
  • Collect and interpret internal and external data to identify opportunities, risks, and investment potential.
  • Support leasing and sales teams with pricing strategies, market insights, and property performance analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track occupancy, leads, conversions, and market movement.
  • Collaborate with management to evaluate acquisition opportunities and develop strategies for portfolio growth.
  • Assist with marketing and listings optimization using data insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date property and market databases to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Realtor, Leasing Agent, or Real Estate Professional (required).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Power BI or similar tools are a plus).
  • Solid understanding of key real estate concepts (e.g., cap rates, ROI, rent comps).
  • Fluency in English (C1–C2) — both spoken and written — is required.

Preferred:

  • Experience using MLS, LoopNet, CoStar, or other real estate data platforms.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar).
  • Exposure to investment analysis or market research in real estate.
