The BD Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, focusing on the sale of FinConecta's AI Agents. Responsibilities include generating business opportunities, executing proactive reachouts, preparing and delivering proposals, managing the sales pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive), and maintaining ongoing follow-up of the assigned portfolio. The role requires understanding client needs, identifying intelligent automation opportunities, and leading deal closure processes, directly contributing to revenue growth and AI solution adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and grow client relationships focused on AI Agents sales.
• Execute proactive outreach to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain and update CRM (Pipedrive) to ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored AI automation solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and solution adoption.
• Meet goals based on agreed metrics and OKRs.
• Comply with the company's current information security policies.
• Work with multi-functional team including product, customer success, tech to ensure teamview of customer relationship/activities
• Report any event or situation that might compromise the company information security.
• Complete other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Over 7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager and Senior Account Manager, excelling in the management and closure of strategic sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding demanding sales targets
• Skilled in negotiating and building relationships with C-level executives and key enterprise accounts
• Experienced in business development, pipeline generation, and market expansion
• Knowledgeable in the Artificial Intelligence industry and its emerging trends (desirable)
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Resilience and long term view of the impact of digital transformation in the financial sector in the region
• Comfortable with base and variable compensation model
