Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A cycle, including budget preparation, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership by analyzing financial trends and performance across business units or geographies.
• Oversee or collaborate on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Maintain and improve financial models used for strategic planning, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage tax compliance, support audits, and coordinate statutory filings.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and assess their impact on financial statements and processes.
• Work closely with accounting, treasury, and business operations to support effective cost control and risk management strategies.
• Implement internal controls and best practices for financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, or financial role in a multinational or complex business environment.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP standards and ability to apply them in practice.
• Proficient in creating and managing consolidated financial statements.
• Experience working with tax compliance processes, ideally across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into strategic recommendations. Working knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms (PowerBi, Tableau, Python, R).
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and financial ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as: FPAC (FP&A), CPA, CFA or similar is a strong plus
• Familiarity with international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and withholding tax frameworks.
• Prior experience with M&A, intercompany reconciliations, or multi-entity consolidations is a plus.
• Advanced English.
