Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial information and addressing audit findings and recommendations. - Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements, optimizing cash management strategies and supporting funding decisions. - Financial Controls:
Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. - Financial Systems:
Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve financial reporting capabilities.
