Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Brand Manager located in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. All work and communication will be conducted in
English
. The Marketing and Brand Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage brand identity and positioning, conduct market research, and oversee advertising campaigns. They will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business growth objectives.
  • Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and grow online community engagement.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Research and identify industry trends to inform marketing initiatives and brand positioning.
  • Organize and manage events, tournaments, and activations to strengthen brand presence.
  • Build relationships with key figures in the industry and explore partnership opportunities.
  • Support branding efforts through merchandising, promotional materials, and creative campaigns.
  • Oversee creation of marketing assets, including videos, images, graphics, and other content.
  • Plan and grow advertising initiatives across magazines, websites, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business growth teams to align marketing with overall company objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Social media growth, engagement rates, and reach
  • Email campaign open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Number of events/tournaments executed and brand impressions achieved
  • Industry connections and partnerships established
  • Advertising ROI across channels
  • Content production volume and quality (videos, images, graphics)

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing

Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content creation, and email marketing

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously

Experience in sports marketing or community engagement is a plus
