Where We Need You
We are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to join our team, supporting our Executive Car Purchase Program. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.

What You Can Expect
As a Fleet Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day administration and strategic oversight of Protiviti's Executive Car Purchase Program. You will ensure the seamless management of company-owned vehicles used by senior leadership, balancing operational efficiency, cost oversight, and white-glove service standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong customer service orientation, operational rigor, and high discretion in support of our executive leaders.

What You Will Be Doing
Program Management

  • Administer and manage all aspects of the Executive Car Program, including onboarding and offboarding of program participants and vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with registration, insurance and safety standards.
  • Analyze program reporting and financials, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Monitor fleet management vendor performance to ensure adherence to service-level expectations.
  • Recommend vehicle upgrades or replacements based on executive preferences, performance, or lifecycle status.
  • Maintain and update all policies, procedures, and documentation related to the program.
  • Stay informed on legal, regulatory, and tax implications related to vehicle ownership and executive benefits.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Protiviti and the external fleet management company.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with program participants, including members of Protiviti's Executive Team.
  • Communicate program elements, policies, and guidelines with clarity, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • Manage complex or sensitive situations, including personal contribution requirements, program exits, and vehicle transitions.

Cross-Functional Relationships

  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in Human Resources, Payroll, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on solving challenges such as imputed income calculations, program compliance, or collection of personal contributions.

Finance and Reporting Activities

  • Analyze and finalize reporting for purchase/sale transactions and imputed income.
  • Manage timely and accurate invoice processing.
  • Oversee ongoing reporting of care allowances and executive benefit data.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure proper accounting of vehicle-related expenses and assets.
  • Monitor accident management and cost recovery processes in partnership with relevant parties.

Your Educational And Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in finance, procurement, benefits, or executive support.
  • Experience managing a vehicle fleet or high-touch executive program preferred.
  • Experience working with executive-level personnel preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$103, $165,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$113, $181,500.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
