Responsibilities:

  • Manage brand and product communication across all digital channels, including social media and other online platforms (FB, IG, TikTok). Develop weekly/monthly content calendars, write engaging copy, and set digital KPIs to track organic performance and follower growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and adapt local content for different digital platforms.
  • Act as Community Manager to ensure timely engagement and positive word of mouth among followers and consumers.
  • Weekly performance report of social networks and influencers.
  • Weekly report of competitors' social media accounts.
  • Marketing campaign report must include performance of social networks, sentiment in social networks (social media listening), monitoring of metrics (KPI's) and compliance rate, performance of influencers (in conjunction with the agency), and general analysis of the campaign, including good practices and opportunities for improvement.
  • Responsible for monitoring and executing special projects that are delegated to contribute to the growth of the brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Professional background in social media, E-commerce, or Digital Communities.
  • Proven experience managing brand social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) and excellent copywriting skills in Spanish.
  • Strong command of MS Office tools.
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus.
