Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials, including digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and print collateral.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Provide support with video production, including simple filming, editing, and motion graphics for campaigns or internal projects.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual design principles.
• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Familiarity with basic video production (filming, storyboarding, editing short clips).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics or digital campaign design.
• Photography skills.
