Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Specialist. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network systems, performing troubleshooting tasks, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance, and implementing necessary updates and improvements. Additionally, the specialist will be required to document system configurations, manage user access, and assist in technology training and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
  • Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
