Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations (DOO) based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage the company's resources, and improve efficiency within the organization. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing operational policies and strategies. The DOO will ensure compliance with industry regulations, work closely with the executive team to set and achieve business goals, and lead a team to drive performance and achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing daily operations and improving operational efficiency
• Skills in planning, coordinating, and implementing policies and strategies
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the ICT, Cyber Security, or Technology sectors is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Santa Cruz, Bolivia
