Job Description
This is an outpatient position where you will work independently to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs that improve patient mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
You will gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their families/support groups, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication.
You will adhere to all regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Certification & Licenses:
- PT-Physical Therapist
- OR valid PT license
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Experience:
- 2 years of recent relevant experience

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a 36-hour weekly schedule. You will work in a demanding environment, organizing multiple priorities and completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.
Schedule:
Fridays, Thursdays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Pay Range:
$61.91 to $77.38 per hour.
This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
Compensation takes into account several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
