Job Title: Advanced Clinical Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to maintain scheduling for surgical and specialized procedures.

  • Maintains scheduling for surgical and specialized procedures
  • Coordinates services with physicians' offices, and other related departments
  • Responsible for documentation of patient's procedure and physician information
Requirements:
  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
  • HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
  • 2 years recent relevant experience
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Intermediate computer skills to include keyboarding, mouse movement, data entry and scheduling programs
  • Verbal/written communication skills for frequent and challenging contact with physicians, employees, patients and patient families

Work Schedule:
  • Per Diem/Casual position
  • Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 5:15pm (subject to change based on operational needs)
