We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented
Sales Operations Assistant
to support our sales leadership team in organizing, cleaning, and optimizing 20+ years of historical client data. This role is foundational to setting up accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales enablement infrastructure in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Audit, organize, and migrate legacy sales and client data into Salesforce.
- Standardize account, contact, and opportunity fields across our CRM.
- De-duplicate, tag, and classify historical records for cleaner segmentation.
- Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards (pipeline, conversion, etc.).
- Document processes and create repeatable workflows for CRM hygiene.
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc data needs and list building.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Interest in B2B tech sales or revenue operations.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience with CRM migrations or data cleanup.
- Understanding of sales funnels and go-to-market (GTM) concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clearbit.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
