As Senior Sales Manager, you'll guide a team focused on growing our B2B client base through 360° sales. This is a fully hands-on role: building strong customer relationships, driving results, and guiding your team toward ambitious goals. Success means embracing the hustle, staying close to clients, and keeping the team motivated and aligned for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take active part in develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.

  • Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets, utilizing data-driven insights to guide sales decisions.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including city officials, businesses, and potential partners, to expand market penetration.

  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for executive leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Partnership Development: Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and create mutually beneficial business opportunities.

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Lead efforts to acquire new clients and customers, while maintaining high satisfaction levels for existing accounts.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Experience: At least 4 years of proven success in sales, with a focus on the transportation or tech industry (ride-hailing experience is a plus).

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and present effectively to executive leadership.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems and other sales tools, as well as a strong understanding of sales analytics.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions that impact the overall direction of sales initiatives.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
