Key Account Manager

BOVINSA S.A., frigorífico líder en expansión, busca un profesional dinámico y orientado a resultados para asumir la responsabilidad comercial y de gestión de la línea de Producto Despostado.

Perfil y Competencias Clave

  • Formación:
     Licenciatura en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o ramas afines (Titulado/a). Deseable especialización en Gestión de Ventas o Mercado de Alimentos.
  • Experiencia:
     Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la gestión comercial de líneas de productos específicos, preferentemente en el sector cárnico, frigorífico o alimentos con alto valor agregado, con experiencia demostrable en
    negociación B2B.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos Indispensables:
  • Sólido conocimiento del mercado cárnico y sus tendencias (cortes, rendimientos, precios internacionales y locales).
  • Habilidad avanzada en análisis de costos, margen y rentabilidad por producto/corte.
  • Dominio de técnicas de negociación y manejo de grandes cuentas (Canal Horeca, Supermercados, Exportación).
  • Competencias:
     Orientación a resultados, capacidad de análisis de mercado, liderazgo transversal, fuerte habilidad de comunicación y 
    Transparencia
     en la gestión de precios.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

El Encargado Comercial de Producto Despostado será el responsable de maximizar la rentabilidad de la línea de cortes y productos valor agregado, actuando como enlace clave entre Producción y el Mercado:

  1. Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial específica para el portafolio de cortes despostados, definiendo precios de venta basados en costos, rendimientos y posicionamiento de mercado.
  2. Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes de cortes especializados , asegurando el cumplimiento de los volúmenes y la maximización del margen de contribución.
  3. Monitorear diariamente la rentabilidad por corte y por cliente, proponiendo ajustes tácticos de precios y volumen para optimizar la estructura de ingresos y asegurar la 
    Excelencia
     económica de la línea.
  4. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la planta de Desposte y Logística para alinear el mix de producción con la demanda del mercado, minimizando el 
    stock
     de cortes de bajo movimiento.
  5. Realizar seguimiento continuo a la competencia y a las tendencias de consumo, reportando 
    insights
     a la Gerencia Comercial para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
