  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic knowledge or familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or others)
  • Ability to work with data, lists, and reports
  • Ease in learning sales and productivity tools
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate domestic travel within the U.S. (flights, hotels, itinerary changes)
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups across multiple time zones
  • Organize, clean, and maintain sales and customer information
  • Support CRM data updates and list creation
  • Assist with ad-hoc operational and commercial tasks
  • Document processes and propose improvements to workflows
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or operations roles
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Comfort working with technology and digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the role
Nice to Have
  • Experience with sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Previous experience working with international or U.S.-based teams
