- Ability to work with data, lists, and reports
- Ease in learning sales and productivity tools
- Coordinate domestic travel within the U.S. (flights, hotels, itinerary changes)
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups across multiple time zones
- Organize, clean, and maintain sales and customer information
- Support CRM data updates and list creation
- Assist with ad-hoc operational and commercial tasks
- Document processes and propose improvements to workflows
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or operations roles
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Comfort working with technology and digital tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow with the role
- Experience with sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Previous experience working with international or U.S.-based teams
