About the job
We seek a motivated and organized
Finance & Operations Assistant
to support our financial and administrative functions.
This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and coordinating processes across finance and operations.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily financial and operational activities.
 - Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
 - Update client and carrier profiles and maintain accurate records in the TMS.
 - Process payments, invoices, and account statements in a timely manner.
 - Verify credit applications for new clients and carriers.
 - Assist with rate disputes and claims with professionalism and good judgment.
 - Prepare financial summaries and assist in reconciliations.
 - Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
 
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English
(spoken and written). - Degree or diploma
in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience
in finance, accounting, or operations support. - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
and
Google Workspace
. - Knowledge of
basic accounting principles
. - Excellent
attention to detail
, multitasking, and communication skills. - Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
 - Familiarity with TMS systems.
