Como miembro del equipo de CUSTOMER SERVICES MULTIMODAL en Bolivian Cargo Logistics SRL, serás el enlace principal entre nuestros clientes y la operación logística nacional e internacional. Entre tus tareas diarias estarán atender consultas de clientes, garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, gestionar solicitudes y resolver problemas relacionados con nuestros servicios. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realizará de forma presencial en nuestras oficinas en Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en el soporte al cliente y enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Manejo y capacidad en el servicio al cliente.
  • Habilidad para mejorar la experiencia del cliente, asegurando un trato profesional y cordial.
  • Buena comunicación verbal y escrita, trabajo en equipo y actitud proactiva para solucionar problemas de forma efectiva.
