Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent – Remote
Position: Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent
Department: Sales
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (EST)

Objective:
The Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent is responsible for engaging inbound and outbound leads, building rapport with potential customers, and converting leads into booked vehicle shipments. This role requires strong communication skills across phone calls, SMS, and email, while accurately securing required documentation and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking process.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact and engage assigned leads through phone calls, SMS, and email.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers to maximize booking conversion rates.
  • Accurately explain vehicle shipping services, pricing, and timelines.
  • Collect and verify all required customer documentation and order details.
  • Schedule and manage follow-ups to convert pending leads.
  • Notify the dispatch team when an order is fully booked and ready for posting.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity standards, booking targets, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
  • Experience in vehicle shipping, logistics, or transportation sales is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).
Technical Proficiency:
  • Comfortable using CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
  • Experience with dialers, SMS platforms, and email outreach tools.
  • Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection required.

  • Team Collaboration: Works effectively with dispatch and internal teams to support order fulfillment.
Compensation:
  • Employment Type: (Full-Time, Remote)
  • Base Pay: $7.00 per hour.
  • Commission Structure:
    • Commission earned per booked order after meeting a defined weekly booking threshold.
    • Commission rates and booking requirements are performance-based and may increase with consistent high performance.
  • Strong performers have the opportunity to double total earnings through commissions.
