Responsibilities

  • Create and manage customer tickets efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues effectively
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers
  • Initiate, track, and review tickets
  • Schedule appointments and document their content
  • Utilize an ERP-System to create offers and invoices
