We are looking for a skilled Customer Care Support specialist to assist our team in managing customer cases. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for creating tickets, resolving customer issues, and providing seamless support from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage customer tickets efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues effectively
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers
  • Initiate, track, and review tickets
  • Schedule appointments and document their content
  • Utilize an ERP-System to create offers and invoices
