Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for creating tickets, resolving customer cases, and providing comprehensive customer support from start to finish.

  • Initiating, tracking, and reviewing tickets as well as supporting customers throughout the entire process
  • Creating and managing appointments and documenting their content
  • Working with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems to create offers up to invoices
