Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Development Representative to join our team at CSW Energy. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to reach potential clients and close deals.
• Work closely with our marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and ensure alignment with our sales goals.
• Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings for senior sales executives.
• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
• C1/C2 English Level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus.
