Sales Development Specialist

At CSW Energy, you will play a key role in expanding our client base by reaching out to potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our clean energy services.

What You Will Do:

• Establish connections with potential clients through targeted outreach efforts.
• Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings for senior sales executives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.
• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
• C1/C2 English Level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus.
