Objetivo del cargo

Como
Community Manager
, serás responsable de la correcta planificación, coordinación y ejecución de proyectos de marketing digital y comunicación.

Colaborarás con los equipos creativos, de medios y producción para transformar estrategias en resultados medibles, tanto para clientes locales como internacionales.

Funciones principales

  • Desarrollar, planificar e implementar estrategias de comunicación y marketing digital (con foco en redes sociales).
  • Elaborar y supervisar el
    content plan semanal
    , asegurando coherencia con la estrategia de marca.
  • Coordinar y supervisar la gestión de comunidades: responder preguntas, resolver inquietudes y garantizar un tono de comunicación alineado.
  • Proponer y evaluar activaciones, dinámicas y acciones en redes sociales.
  • Proporcionar información estratégica al equipo sobre industria, competidores y tendencias digitales relevantes.
  • Analizar métricas de desempeño en redes y campañas, interpretarlas y proponer mejoras continuas.
  • Redactar y presentar reportes de gestión e informes de resultados a clientes.
  • Coordinar con influencers, proveedores y aliados estratégicos cuando corresponda.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Comunicación, Marketing o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en cargos similares dentro de agencias o áreas de marketing y comunicación.
  • Apasionado en creación de contenidos: redacción de copys, storytelling creativo y generación de ideas para distintos formatos digitales y videos.
  • Excelente redacción, ortografía y creatividad.
  • Conocimientos sólidos y pasión por redes sociales y marketing digital.
  • Comunicación asertiva, capacidad resolutiva y pensamiento estratégico.
  • Persona responsable, organizada, comprometida y proactiva.
