TEAM LEADER DE CONTACT CENTER A DISTANCIA

Objetivo del puesto
 

Administrar eficientemente los recursos de los servicios de Contact Center a distancia, coordinar, gestionar y hacer seguimiento a las solicitudes de las áreas de Contact Center, realizando una coordinación efectiva con las diferentes áreas internas de la compañía, como también con las operaciones de los diferentes países a los que se brinda servicios asegurando el cumplimiento de la calidad y eficiencia en la gestión de las tareas asignadas.

Responsabilidades del puesto

  • Controlar los costos del servicio de Contact Center a distancia con el objetivo de no sobrepasar el presupuesto asignado.

  • Controlar los costos mensuales del servicio de Contact Center a distancia con el objetivo de no sobrepasar el presupuesto asignado por cada operación GO-BO.

  • Coordinar y revisar entregables de horas ejecutadas para clientes GO-BO para servicios en Ecare, Contact Center u otra plataforma asignada, esto a partir de revisiones periódicas para el completo aseguramiento de acuerdos de servicios.

  • Conciliar el resultado de facturación con clientes GO-BO para servicios en Ecare, Contact Center u otra plataforma asignada y asegurar acuerdos de conformidad para el correspondiente pago.

  • Diseñar planes estratégicos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPI´s asignados.

¿Qué te pedimos?

Licenciatura en administración de empresas, ingeniería comercial, comunicación social, ing de sistemas y/o ramas afines

2 años en cargos de supervisión
