We are looking for a
Middle QA Engineer – Automation & CI/CD
to join our team and bring expertise that will contribute to the success of high-impact international projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation test plans for System and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Drive autonomous testing efforts, identifying and executing test strategies independently.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth integration and delivery cycles
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases aligned with business and technical requirements
• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven testing tools and techniques.
• Maintain and update automation frameworks as testing needs evolve.
• Track and manage defects through all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Define and enforce QA best practices, including test coverage metrics, test data management, and release readiness criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of development
• Prepare and present testing metrics and reports, highlighting risks, coverage, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automated testing and quality assurance within agile teams
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and manage autonomous testing workflows.
• Solid understanding of modern testing methodologies, test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Proficiency in test scripting and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in collaborative settings.
• English proficiency (B2)

Nice to Have:
Experience with
Mabl
or
Applitools
for visual and AI-based testing.

Knowledge of .NET or Java.

Exposure to low-code/no-code testing approaches.
