You must have:

-Intermediate English or higher (spoken and written).

-Experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or sales.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Solid knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp Business.

-Full-time availability (Monday to Saturday, on-site or hybrid).

It's even better if you:

-Studied tourism, hospitality, or a related field.

-Have experience working with platforms like Viator or GetYourGuide.

-Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

-Know Bolivian and South American destinations.

Your role will include:

-Assisting and advising international travelers via WhatsApp, website, and OTAs.

-Managing direct sales and following up on bookings.

-Preparing quotes and coordinating with our local partners.

-Supporting operations and admin tasks related to confirmed tours.
