Business Analyst
, you'll work side-by-side with our
CEO
, connecting analysis with action. You'll bring clarity to complex data, strengthen our sales structure, and ensure every client proposal is built on accuracy, transparency, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze costs, pricing, and profit margins to support key business decisions.
• Build and manage sales reports, dashboards, and proposals that drive clarity and growth.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate project pricing.
• Support the CEO with client communications, opportunity tracking, and performance reporting.
• Maintain and optimize the CRM system — turning data into actionable insights.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve processes and profitability.
• Create professional sales materials and presentations for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Business, Marketing, or related field
  .
• 2+ years
  of experience in sales analysis, operations, or cost management (B2B or project-based experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love working with data and finding insights.
• Experience with
  CRM tools
  and sales reporting platforms.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) to communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
