· Experiencia sólida y comprobada en migración de datos a gran escala y desarrollo de procesos ETL/ELT en entornos heterogéneos y de alta complejidad.
· Manejo experto de SQL y PL/SQL, preferentemente en Oracle y PostgreSQL, con capacidad para optimizar y diseñar esquemas de bases de datos y diseño de esquemas de bases de datos para Data Warehouses y Data Lakes.
· Dominio avanzado de Python y PySpark para el procesamiento y transformación de datos a gran escala, incluyendo diseño y optimización de pipelines de datos, y experiencia con frameworks y librerías para el manejo eficiente de grandes volúmenes de datos.
· Experiencia práctica y liderazgo en el uso de Apache Airflow para orquestación de flujos de trabajo complejos.
· Conocimiento profundo de entornos Linux (idealmente Rocky Linux) y scripting avanzado en Bash.
· Experiencia en manejo de contenedores con Docker y orquestación con Kubernetes (preferentemente K0S).
· Experiencia en administración y despliegue de servicios (Portainer, NGINX, Ceph, Ansible) aplicados a entornos de datos y automatización de pipelines.
· Familiaridad avanzada con motores de procesamiento distribuido como Apache Spark y TRINO, incluyendo tuning y optimización.
· Conocimiento experto de buenas prácticas de calidad de datos, seguridad de datos, gobernanza de datos y principios de seguridad avanzada, control de versiones, CI/CD y automatización de procesos de datos.
· Capacidad para diseñar y documentar arquitecturas de datos complejas de forma clara y estructurada.
· Mínimo 5 años de experiencia progresiva en ingeniería de datos, con al menos 2 años en un rol senior o de liderazgo técnico.
· Experiencia comprobada en entornos de alto volumen, con estructuras de datos complejas y múltiples fuentes de datos.
· Habilidad excepcional para identificar, diagnosticar y resolver de forma proactiva problemas técnicos complejos y proponer soluciones innovadoras en migración, modelado, transformación o rendimiento de datos.
· Capacidad analítica profunda para comprender estructuras de datos complejas, traducir requisitos de negocio en soluciones técnicas eficientes y diseñar modelos de datos óptimos.
· Experiencia en diseño y ejecución de pruebas de validación de datos a gran escala y estrategias de aseguramiento de calidad.
· Enfoque colaborativo, proactivo y de liderazgo en el trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios, incluyendo mentoría y guía técnica.
· Orientación a resultados, con un fuerte compromiso hacia la calidad, la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de plazos en proyectos críticos.
· Habilidades de comunicación excelentes para interactuar con equipos técnicos y no técnicos, así como con la gerencia.
· Experiencia demostrada en la gestión técnica y el liderazgo de equipos de ingenieros de datos, incluyendo la delegación de tareas y la supervisión del rendimiento técnico.
· Capacidad estratégica para alinear las iniciativas técnicas de datos con los objetivos de negocio y las prioridades de la organización.
