Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Manager at HP Medical Bolivia, located in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The Data Manager will oversee the organization, management, and maintenance of organizational data to ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility. Responsibilities include developing data strategies, managing databases, ensuring data compliance, conducting data analysis, and generating reports to support decision-making. The Data Manager will also collaborate closely with teams to identify their data needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Database Management, Data Analysis, and Data Organization
  • Experience with Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Data Security
  • Familiarity with Data Compliance and Regulatory Standards
  • Strong skills in Report Generation, Performance Monitoring, and Problem Solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, or similar platforms)
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector is a plus
