Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project manger to join our team. This role involves gathering, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of data workflows, and the ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business performance monitoring.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support financial reporting and budgeting processes through advanced data analysis.
  • Build and maintain automated reports to reduce manual work and increase reliability.
  • Collaborate with different teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Present insights and visualizations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist in forecasting, variance analysis, and other forward-looking activities.
  • Maintain data integrity and contribute to data governance best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Business, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query).
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, database queries (e.g., SQL), and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with financial or operational data.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems is a plus (not required).
