Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care and support according to regulatory requirements
  • Clean and set up treatment areas, move patients, and perform clerical duties
  • Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and healthcare providers through effective communication
  • Adhere to all regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  2. BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
  3. 1 year of recent relevant experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in computer technology and required software
  • Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to retain and apply new knowledge and skills

Work Environment:

  • Day/Evening shifts available
  • Full-time schedule with 8-10 hour blended shifts
  • Rotating weekends and Saturdays required
