Archicad Expert for Interior Documentation Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Archicad Expert to create detailed and accurate interior documentation for Residential and Commercial projects. As an expert in Archicad software, you will be responsible for creating 3D models, construction drawings, demolition plans, and photorealistic interior renderings.

• Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software, including 3D models, constructive drawings, and demolition plans.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications.
• Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and requirements.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards related to Interior Design in the US.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation.
• Proficiency in Archicad software, including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutions.
• Fluent in English, with effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address project-related queries.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards related to Interior Design in the US.
• Previous experience working for the US will be valued.
