We're seeking an Accounting Specialist to support financial operations, reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting activities across multiple property portfolios. ✅ What We're Looking For ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance ✔ 2-3 years of hands-on accounting or finance experience ✔ Advanced English (B2-C1) and Spanish ✔ Strong knowledge of reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management ✔ Experience with QuickBooks, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar accounting platforms ✔ Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail ⭐ Nice to Have
