- You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Extensive experience with TypeScript and Node.js in production environments.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Sanity CMS migration projects, including content modeling, data mapping, transformation, and migration strategies.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Sanity CMS in production environments, including content schemas, migration tooling, APIs, GROQ, content architecture, and successful end-to-end Sanity migration projects.
Strong history of designing and implementing backend services and API-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Practical experience building and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
- Deep experience in modern JavaScript ecosystems, including React and/or Next.js.
- Solid understanding of headless CMS architectures and content delivery platforms.
- Track record of designing data migration solutions from legacy platforms to modern content management systems.
- Experience working with document-based databases and content-centric data structures.
- Proven experience implementing integrations between enterprise platforms and modern CMS solutions.
- Comfortable working with cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.
- Skilled at identifying technical risks, defining migration strategies, and ensuring data integrity throughout migration projects.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, content, and engineering teams.
- Nice to have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms such as Contentful, Strapi, or WordPress (Sanity experience remains strictly preferred/required).
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.

- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
