About the Role
The Talent Acquisition & HR Associate will be primarily responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, from gathering hiring requirements through candidate onboarding. In addition, this role will support various Human Resources processes , including documentation, HR tools,

s, competency frameworks, onboarding, employee and contractor requests, and process improvement initiatives. The position is expected to be approximately 50% focused on Talent Acquisition and 50% on HR processes and operational support .
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes , including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, coordination, and follow-up.
- Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct active sourcing and headhunting to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on experience, competencies, and English proficiency.
- Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
- Provide candidates with consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Human Resources Administration
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related team documentation.
- Execute and follow up on HR processes according to established procedures.
- Create and update
job description
s and job function manuals.
- Support competency assessment processes.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of HR tools and systems.
- Support the contractor lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
- Respond to team members' questions and requests, following up until resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and contractor records and databases. Operational Support
- Manage administrative documentation and internal records.
- Follow up on office-related requests, supplies, and vendors.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate internal activities, meetings, and events when required.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date information to support efficient day-to-day operations. Requirements
- Previous experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition , with the ability to independently manage recruitment processes.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources , including 1–2 years managing recruitment processes .
- Practical experience across different HR processes; experience in a role combining recruitment with broader HR responsibilities is preferred.
- English proficiency: B2–C1 , both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with digital tools, recruitment platforms, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience working with remote or multicultural teams is a plus. Core Competencies
