We are currently hiring in our Freight Brokerage branch for USA-Canada transportation. Logistics Coordinator Job Purpose: To arrange for and coordinate transportation of freight from origin to destination on behalf of our customers, to provide an optimal service experience and cost-effective logistics solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Scheduling and booking shipments to meet agreed transit times Dispatching carriers, tracking and tracing shipments, providing updates to customers Resolving shipment problems timely and constructively to minimize delays Monitoring and following up on additional costs that occurred during transit to minimize order costs Communicating with customers in an excellent customer service manner and building rapport as a responsive and creative problem solver Working with carrier partners effectively to promote Venkor as a fair business partner Maintaining accurate database entries (notes, shipment details, shippers, carriers, etc.) Maintaining accurate and timely billing entries Other duties, as required, may be assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in international business or related fields English working proficiency (verbal & written) Ability to work under pressure Attention to Detail Problem solver Strong work ethics Please apply under "Logistics Coordinator" in the application form.
