• Define detailed project scope and plans from business and technology objectives.
• Lead execution of technically complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Drive business process re-engineering and organizational change activities.
• Manage stakeholder communication up to Leadership; tailor updates and decision requests.
• Track performance (scope/schedule/cost/quality), risks, and benefits; course-correct to outcomes.

• 7+ years of project management experience in the technology industry.
• Experience defining scope and plans from business/technology objectives.
• Ability to conceptualize, plan, and deliver technically complex projects using BSA skills.
• Experience in business process re-engineering and change management.
• Proven ability to drive results with limited managerial oversight.
• Exceptional communication with Leadership; adapts message to varied stakeholder levels.
• Rapidly assimilates organizational/process/technology change and sustains results.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline.
• Advanced English.

• PMI certification.
• Channel (vs. Direct) GTM experience.
