Descripción del rol

Ejecutar piezas de diseño con creciente autonomía, aplicando lineamientos de marca, plantillas y componentes existentes, e interpretando briefs para aportar soluciones visuales consistentes y eficientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Revisar e interpretar briefs con mayor autonomía.
  • Diseñar piezas digitales siguiendo la identidad de marca.
  • Aplicar correctamente plantillas y componentes.
  • Proponer ajustes simples y nuevos recursos básicos (íconos, layouts).
  • Ajustar mensajes visuales según canal y audiencia.
  • Integrar herramientas: Figma, animación básica (AE/Lottie) e IA para variantes y apoyo al flujo.
  • Evaluar resultados y corregir desviaciones menores.

Requisitos

Estos son algunos de los requisitos que esperamos para este rol:

  • Estudios en
    Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual, Diseño Digital
    o afines.
  • 1 a 2 años
    de experiencia en diseño digital, branding o contenidosimilares, idealmente en banca, retail o entornos digitales.
  • Haber trabajado con marcas con
    identidades visuales definidas
    .
  • Práctica utilizando
    templates, componentes o sistemas de diseño existentes
    .
  • Portfolio obligatorio
    con piezas reales aplicadas a proyectos o marcas (no solo ejercicios).
  • Experiencia diseñando piezas digitales para: Ads, RRSS, Mailing y comunicación interna, artes básicos para impresión
  • Conocimiento de formatos, resoluciones, proporciones y comportamiento de cada canal.
  • Criterio para ajustar mensaje visual según objetivo, público y plataforma.
  • Uso de herramientas de
    IA
  • Manejo sólido de
    Figma
    : componentes, librerías, templates, auto‑layout y exportación.
  • Conocimientos básicos/intermedios en:
    Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
    o herramientas equivalentes para animaciones simples.
  • Capacidad para
    aplicar lineamientos de marca
    y trabajar con sistemas ya establecidos.
  • Habilidad para crear y adaptar
    recursos básicos
    : íconos, layouts, variantes simples.
