Deployment Data Migration Expert

We are currently looking for an "Deployment Data Migration Expert Consultant" to join our team.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

• Time contract duration: 1 year

• Location: Bolivia

• Availability: Full-time availability (since: october 1st 2025)

• Work modality: remote (travel possible)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience.

• Experience working with teams globally in multi-country / multi-system environments.

• Strong functional expertise and leadership, able to thrive in international, matrix-based organizations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English C1 (additional languages preferred).

• Strategic and hands-on approach: running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues.

• Ability to drive end-to-end data migration execution (planning, execution, validation, hypercare).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

• Proven experience in data migration execution for ERP programs.

• Preparation and validation of DMW load files.

• Execution of DVT scripts.

• Defect and hypercare incident resolution.

• Collaboration with Business Data Owners, Functional Experts, ETL teams, and legacy systems.

• Verification of data transformation tools and outputs.

• Management of design defect resolution and escalation.

PREFERABLY KNOWLEDGE IN:

• SAP Certification in at least one functional area.

• Hands-on expertise with SAP BODS.

• Knowledge of GxP and CSV (Computer System Validation).

• Deployment methodologies in large-scale ERP programs.
