Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in El Alto. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement. Daily tasks include supporting sales initiatives, creating marketing campaigns, and maintaining exceptional communication with clients and team members to drive the company's vision forward.
Must Haves:
- 2–3 years of proven professional experience
- Prior experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, recruiting, or performance-based lead generation.
- Strong understanding of digital ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, analytics platforms, and CRM-based funnels.
- Design proficiency (Canva required; Adobe suite is a plus).
- Excellent writing skills for short-form and long-form content.
- Ability to support a fast-paced recruiting environment with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project-management discipline.
- Residency in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
