BANKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

A Senior Business Process Analyst takes on a more strategic role in optimizing business processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving improvements across an organization. 

Job Description
  • Process Optimization Lead efforts to refine and enhance business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Analysis Evaluate business needs and align process improvements with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making Utilize analytics to assess process performance and recommend improvements.
  • Technology & Automation Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
  • Compliance & Risk Management Ensure processes adhere to industry regulations and mitigate operational risks.
  • Change Management Guide teams through process transitions and ensure smooth adoption of new workflows.
Required Skills
  • Advanced business process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Six Sigma methodologies)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Expertise in project management (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience in process documentation and workflow automation
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in relevant industries
Educational Requirements
  • A bachelors degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or a related field.
  • A masters degree (MBA or related) can be beneficial for senior roles.
  • Certifications such as Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are highly valued.
