Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive
Customer Service VA
with excellent English skills to provide support to clients and manage assistance tickets for e-commerce platforms such as
Amazon, Walmart, eBay
, and others.
This role will work directly with international clients and with our internal team (including the team based in India), so
fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory
.
The ideal candidate is problem-solving oriented, patient, able to maintain a professional attitude under pressure, and capable of quickly learning internal processes and support protocols.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets through
Zendesk
(mandatory). - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests related to operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
- Follow up and close tickets effectively, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Maintain fluent communication in
English
with: - International clients.
- Internal team members (especially the team in India).
- Understand and apply e-commerce platform policies to resolve cases efficiently.
- Prepare basic reports on activity, incidents, and support metrics.
- Assist in documenting processes, guides, and FAQs when needed.
- Escalate complex cases according to established protocols.
- Maintain clear, respectful, and customer-oriented communication at all times.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Advanced English
(spoken and written). - Must be able to communicate fluently in calls and meetings.
- Previous experience in
customer service
or remote support roles. - Experience using
Zendesk
or other ticketing platforms. - Strong interpersonal skills: patience, empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively with people from different countries and cultures.
- Reliable internet connection and proper equipment for English calls.
- Strong organization, responsibility, and time-management skills.
Preferred (Not mandatory)
- Previous experience with
Amazon Seller Central
,
Walmart Seller Center
,
eBay Seller Hub
, or other e-commerce platforms. - Basic understanding of support KPIs and customer service metrics.
- Experience working with international remote teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Loom, etc.
